Empire Title Service was founded in Richmond, Indiana in 2003 with a simple mission: give buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders a title partner they could truly count on.
What started as a single office has grown into a three-location operation serving Wayne, Henry, Randolph, and surrounding counties in Indiana, as well as select counties in Ohio. But our approach has never changed - every file gets personal attention, every closing is treated with urgency, and every client hears back when they call.

Kim Cox brings over 33 years of title experience to Empire, serving as both a Title Examiner and Closer. Her sharp eye for detail and deep understanding of property records make her an incredible asset to our clients and team alike. Married to Joe for 30 years, Kim is proud of her two kids and six grandkids who keep her world full of love and laughter. Closing Coordinator
Avian joined Empire in May 2021 and now keeps our closings running smooth as our Closing Coordinator. She loves that she gets to work with family every day, usually powered by a 7 Brew drink and an endless supply of chapstick. Her go-to advice? Tell the truth early. Get uncomfortable on purpose. You can't control much, but you can control your effort and your mouth. When she's not teaming up with our closers, you'll find her talking diesel trucks or spending time on the farm.
