Avian joined Empire in May 2021 and now keeps our closings running smooth as our Closing Coordinator. She loves that she gets to work with family every day—usually powered by a 7 Brew drink and an endless supply of chapstick. Her go-to advice? Tell the truth early. Get uncomfortable on purpose. You can't control much, but you can control your effort and your mouth. When she's not teaming up with our closers, you'll find her talking diesel trucks or spending time on the farm.
